Deadlines and method of sending
Upon validation of your order, it takes 2 to 3 working days of preparation before sending.
This period is likely to be extended during promotional periods or periods of high commercial activity.
The delivery rate is calculated according to the geographical area of delivery and the weight/volume of the package.
This price is presented to you before the payment stage.
Colissimo is La Poste's solution for sending and delivering parcels which takes care of all our deliveries for mainland France and internationally.
The order is delivered from Monday to Saturday at the time of passage of the postman directly to the address indicated with or without signature. In the event of absence or impossibility of delivery of your parcel, the postman leaves a delivery notice mentioning the date and the address of the post office where you can collect your parcel on presentation of an identity document.
From the date mentioned on the delivery notice, you have 15 days to collect your package. After this time, it will be automatically returned to its sender. At any time, thanks to the parcel number sent to you by email, you can track your parcel by connecting to the Colissimo or Chronopost site to find out where it is.
Shipping orders on working days (Monday to Saturday)
• Delivery via Colissimo metropolitan France in 3 to 5 working days
• Delivery via Colissimo Monaco and Andorra in 3 to 5 working days
• Delivery via Colissimo Switzerland and United Kingdom in 7 to 9 working days
• Delivery via Colissimo Europe in 9 to 14 working days
• Delivery via Colissimo Overseas in 11 to 18 working days
Order outside mainland France
As the recipient, you are responsible for paying all import taxes, customs duties and local sales taxes imposed by the country in which you receive the products. Payment of these taxes is necessary so that your order can be cleared through customs. We are not able to tell you the amount of these input taxes before your order.
Packaging for shipment
All orders are carefully prepared by the Studio Nomaad team.
The orders are arranged in standard packaging with a double indication of your contact details on the package.
RETURN
You have fourteen days after receipt of your order to return your purchases to us for reimbursement. Please send us an email at: infostudionomaad@gmail.com to let us know.
All taxes, customs and delivery costs are your responsibility. The responsibility for the product upon delivery remains yours.
To return one or more products, the customer must make a return request according to the following procedure:
1. Send an email with the return request to infostudionomaad@gmail.com
2. You will quickly receive a confirmation that your return has been taken care of, via e-mail.
3. Return the item upon receipt of the return pickup email.
This article must imperatively be accompanied by the packaging with the label of the original product.
4. Drop off your package at the post office of your choice.
5. Upon receipt of the goods, you will receive an acknowledgment by email and within 14 days the refund.

Items listed on sale or benefiting from a promotional offer are not eligible for a refund, but a credit note valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
We do not do standard exchange. For a new size, another model or another color, just order again on the e-shop.
Uneven, irregular, authentic and unique ... The signature of our products
The vast majority of our items are handcrafted and are made of materials (fabrics, leather, wood, etc.) which may present irregularities, a sign of their authenticity. This is specified on the product sheets of the articles concerned and does not constitute a product defect.
Use your products with care. Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, accident or misuse will not be considered defective.
Refund
Reimbursement of goods will be made by check and may take up to
within ten working days before arriving at your address. The reimbursement of the goods is sent to the order of the buyer by acknowledgment of receipt to the billing address of the order.

You can pay for your order online with your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, ChinaUnionPay, Jcb, Diners, Discover, Electron, Maestro).
Online transactions are executed and secured by our bank CIC and Stripe.
Once payment has been validated, your order is registered.
